OFFICIAL RULES - Your Ticket to Myrtle Beach Contest

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: NO MEMBERSHIP, PURCHASE, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. VALID IN THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT FL, NY, RI), THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA OF THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM ONLY.

Binding Agreement: In order to enter the Contest, you must agree to these Official Rules ("Rules"). Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules. You may not submit an entry to the Contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and VMB with respect to the Contest.

Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, you agree to all of these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the contest will be made by "The Partners"* in its sole discretion, and are final.

The Your Ticket to Myrtle Beach Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Vacation Myrtle Beach ("Sponsor").

FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: Each fiscal quarter (except Q1 2010), one resort customer will be chosen at random to win a collection of discounts and freebies from participating Myrtle Beach businesses. Approx. retail value $1,000.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to individuals, eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of VMB and its parent companies, subsidiaries or agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those domiciled with any of the foregoing are not eligible. No purchase necessary.

To enter by mail, mail your e-mail contact information to Your Ticket To Myrtle Beach Contest, c/o Matt Klugman, 6900 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct. Submissions to the Contest must be received one week before quarterly prize drawing, in order to be eligible; entries received after that date will be deemed ineligible to win. All submitted entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. Each entry must be submitted on an individual basis (i.e., no team, joint, or corporate entries) and all components of the entry must be the original creation of the submitting participant. Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. One entry per person; multiple entries will be disqualified.

By entering a contest entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the contest rules and the decisions of VMB, which shall be final and binding with respects to all aspects of the contest, including and without limitation the eligibility of entries.

THE DRAW PROCESS: To determine the winner of a prize, a random draw will be held by VMB from eligible entries received on or before the date set for the close of a contest . The draw will take place at at 6900 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach 29572. Winning entrants will be notified by email. In the event that VMB is not able to contact a winner within three (3) days of the issuance of a notification email, the selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with any rights to the prize and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible ballots. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible ballots received.

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after winner verification. Failure to respond to the information requests or otherwise timely comply with all rules or requests will void the award, and the prize may then be awarded to another entrant. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. All taxes and any other incidental expenses on Prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes cannot be refunded and are not convertible to cash. The final prizes are provided by the supplier when the prize winner has been chosen and are subject to availability. VMB assumes no responsibility in the event that a supplier does not provide a prize. However, VMB will attempt to take all reasonable measures to insure that a prize is made available for the winner in a timely manner. The actual prize may differ from the prize depicted

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: By entering, you grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in the future and otherwise use your name and likeness, and any video or audio taken in the presentation of the prize to you, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). By participating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant's ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these official rules and to permanently disqualify from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, "The Partners" RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

"The Partners" reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures harm the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by "The Partners", in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online. If insufficient entries are received, or if no entry submitted meets minimum reasonable criteria for a prize, in "The Partners" sole and final discretion, a Grand Prize winner may not be selected. If at least one qualifying entry is made, at least one finalist award will be made. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void all such submissions by the entrant. "The Partners" reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

Proof of submitting entries or responses to inquiries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by "The Partners". Only receipt of an e-mail from "The Partners" acknowledging an entry or communication will be considered proof of submission.

PRIVACY: By entering, you agree that the information you provide may be sent to promotional partners of the Sponsor. You may be contacted by the Sponsor and/or promotional partners with future promotional offers. Information provided by you to participate in this Contest is subject to the privacy policies of the Sponsor.

(A) Once submitted, an entry is final and may not be altered or edited further. Duplicate entries will disqualify all such entries.

(B) No submissions will be returned.

(C) "The Partners" may use any and all information obtained from entrants for its internal activities, including contacting an entrant. "The Partners" may share this information with others, but will not sell this information to others.

(D) This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All claims relating in any manner to this contest or to any submission must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Horry County, South Carolina. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and "The Partners" in connection with the contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.

(E) "The Partners" are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk.

(F) The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries.
